1.General Settings - Define number of records to be displayed in the 'List Ticket' page, select a 'Date Format' from multiple formats available.
2.Front-End URL - Enter a full URL of your domain where you want to display your Customer Helpdesk in the front-end.
3.Support Email Setting - Enter a 'Support Email Address' for using to reply customer tickets. Also, enter a 'Email Host', and a 'Email Password'. (For the email host name and password, please consult your server admin.)
4.Enable Auto Email Piping - Email piping enables downloading, and saving all the email replies to your message history.
5.Integrate with 'FAQ Support' - Enter a complete URL of your FAQ Support page, eg. 'http://yourdomain/faq.php' to integrate with FAQ Support.
