1. Canned text is the repeated text created in advance and admin can click them to insert into their messages.

2.To do so, click 'Canned Text' link on top, and you can create various canned text according to different departments. Select a 'Department' from the drop down list that you have created earlier.

3.Insert a 'Title' and 'Message' in the text area provided, e.g. Thank you for your email. Define message sequence and click on 'Add' button once you're done.

4.Created canned text will be appeared in the list where you can update records, sort list in descending or ascending order using or icon. Then click on 'Update List' once records are edited.

5.Click on icon to edit canned messages and info. Easily remove selected records in just a click on 'Delete Selected'.
