1.Click on 'Manage Ticket > List Tickets' to display the entire tickets or you can search by 'Department', 'Ticket ID#', 'Email', 'Name', 'Date', 'Ticket Type', 'Status' or 'Enter Keyword' to search.
2.By default, all 'Standard', 'New' and 'Open' tickets will be listed in the table. You can view the 'Reply' status and view 'Agent' name who handle respective tickets.
3.Sort list in ascending or descending order by clicking on or icon. You can move selected ticket(s) to your archive and easily delete them.
4. When you click on magnifying icon, a new page will prompt to you where you can view and perform editing on tickets info. Also, you can post reply using canned messages. (Please refer to the next screenshot)
