1. OPEN your window mail/ windows live mail.
2. CLICK "Add e-mail account" on the left side of the screen
3. INPUT necessary information:
   - Email Address; Password; Name
4. CLICK "Manually configure server settings for e-mail account.", and then CLICK "NEXT".
5. INPUT necessary information:
   Note: CHOOSE "POP3" in dropdown box for "My incoming mail server".
   Incoming server: mail.yourdomain (e.g mail.leentechsystems.com) | Port: 110
   Outgoing server: mail.yourdomain (e.g mail.leentechsystems.com) | Port: 26
6. CLICK "Finish".
