1. OPEN Microsoft Office Outlook.
  2. GOTO Menu Bar then FILE, then INFO and then CLICK "Account Settings"
  3. On E-mail tab, CLICK "NEW".
  4. CLICK "Manually configure server settings or additional server types", and then click "NEXT"
  5. CHOOSE "Internet E-mail", and then CLICK "NEXT"
  6. INPUT necessary information
    Note: For Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname (e.g mail.leentechsystems.com)
    Username & Password will be your Email Address and Password
  7. CLICK "More Settings..."
  8. CLICK the "Outgoing Server" tab, and CHECK "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
  9. CLICK the "Advance" tab, make sure the information is correct, and then CLICK "OK".
    Note: Incoming server: 110
    Outgoing server: 26
  10. CLICK "Test Account Settings..."
  11. WAIT till the test is completed, then CLICK "Close", and then CLICK "Next".
  12. CLICK "Finish".
