- OPEN Microsoft Office Outlook.
- GOTO Menu Bar then FILE, then INFO and then CLICK "Account Settings"
- On E-mail tab, CLICK "NEW".
- CLICK "Manually configure server settings or additional server types", and then click "NEXT"
- CHOOSE "Internet E-mail", and then CLICK "NEXT"

INPUT necessary information
Note: For Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname (e.g mail.leentechsystems.com)
Username & Password will be your Email Address and Password - CLICK "More Settings..."
- CLICK the "Outgoing Server" tab, and CHECK "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".

CLICK the "Advance" tab, make sure the information is correct, and then CLICK "OK".
Note: Incoming server: 110
Outgoing server: 26 - CLICK "Test Account Settings..."
- WAIT till the test is completed, then CLICK "Close", and then CLICK "Next".
- CLICK "Finish".
