Upon clicking on the pencil
icon of a respective transaction from the previous tutorial, a page similar to above will be displayed.
- Edit
and update the orders info made by your customers such as 'Ref No'
(Reference number is auto-generated and it is editable), 'Date', 'Order
Status' (Edit status as New, Replied, Shipped, or Close), Payment Method
(Change method of payment available), customer Company, Name, Email,
Shipping and Billing Address, etc.
- Meanwhile
the info of your merchant is not editable and it is just for viewing
only. You can view 'Items Ordered' details of a particular transaction
such as product names, weight, quantity, price, order total, etc.
- Also,
you can enter an important message in the 'Customer Notes' if any and
enter the 'Merchant Notes' which will not visible to customer.
Subsequently, click on 'Update' button and easily print out the
statement.
