1. To view the entire forms that you've created, click on 'Manage Form > List Form'. By default, all forms will be displayed in the table, otherwise enter keyword to Search Form.

  2. From the list, you can view Form Names, update Display option either Show or Hide, number of Pages and Messages. For the ease of viewing, you can sort list using or icon next to the label in the list.

  3. To integrate created form to your website, click on Click To Get Code and an inclusion code which has been generated automatically will prompt to you.

To remove records from the list, select forms and click on 'Delete Selected'. Click on pencil icon to edit form details. To edit form pages and form fields, click on form pages icon and table icon respectively.
