1.There are 6 preset forms available from the drop down list such as 'Enquiry Form', 'Feedback Form', 'Online Payment Form', etc that you can choose from. After you've selected, click on 'Create Preset' button.

2.Created form will appear in 'Manage Form > List Form'. To edit this preset form, proceed to 'List Form' and click on  icon adjacent to the form. Then, a page similar to above will display. Kindly refer to No. 2 - 7 as above to complete your form settings.
