1. Upon clicking on 'Sign Guestbook', your visitors will land on a page similar to above where they can enter their particulars followed by writing their 'Guestbook Content' in Rich text format.

2. The form fields can be custom-defined at back-end system. Check the 'Private Post Only' option to allow only admin to view visitor's post and enter Validation Code to complete sign up process. Subsequently, click on 'Preview' to preview guestbook entry, or 'Post Entry' to submit post.
